1. Where is my package?
After placing your order, it takes on average 24 hours to process your order and 5–7 business days for delivery, provided you placed your order before 23:59 PM CET.
If this time has passed, please contact our customer service.
2. Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. Please also check your spam folder, as our emails may sometimes end up there. Keep in mind that it may take a short while before the tracking link becomes active.
3. How can I track my order?
We dont have a tracking page yet. If you have a question about your order, please send an message to info@lynawear.com.
4. I’m not satisfied with my package
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to return your package.
