Refund policy

At LYNA, customer satisfaction comes first.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it

  • In its original packaging with all tags still attached

  • Your order number must be included for identification

Please note: Items returned to an intermediate address or via a forwarding service are not eligible for a refund. Returns must be sent to one of our designated return warehouses.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No restocking fee is charged.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us at info@lynawear.com to initiate your return request.
Once approved, you will receive the return address and further instructions from us.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. Due to our automated order processing system, orders can only be canceled within the first hour after placement. After this period, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@lynawear.com

Prompt notification is required to qualify for a refund or replacement. Late reports may affect your eligibility for compensation.

Exchanges

Due to a high volume of orders, we currently do not offer an exchange service.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order.

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Please note: Items returned in an unsellable condition are not eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for the amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Important Notes

Any misuse or abuse of our return and exchange policy will result in disqualification from a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
